Transparent braces

Clear braces (or invisible orthodontics) are dental aligners.

Aligners are state-of-the-art medical devices that are extremely thin and transparent.

Invisible orthodontics uses a set of aligners designed to move and align teeth gradually, addressing mild misalignment.

The treatment begins by taking a digital impression with an intra-oral scanner. Based on this, the orthodontist develops the treatment plan. Generally, the aligners are ready about 1 month after the initial impression. In some cases, attachments (similar to small transparent buttons) are applied to the teeth to increase retention. Retainers are necessary to complete the treatment.
